MechWorks PDM supports multiple methods for easily Searching for documents. The Quick Search is available directly from the MechWorks PDM Browser as well as directly from within the 3D CAD integrations. The Filter For Records method allows the users to use the standard Data Form itself to search for documents. The Advanced Filter allows users to quickly build search criteria using a graphical interface. For organizations that take advantage of Categories, the Document Wizard provides another graphical interface to search for documents based on their assigned Categories.
