See how automatically flagging the revision status as “Dirty Revisions” can help easily identify when/if the parents/grandparents of documents need to be updated.

Some changes to documents (perhaps a physical redesign) mandate that their parents/grandparents also be updated/life-cycled to incorporate the changes of their children. Other changes to a document (fixing a spelling error) do not necessarily mandate that their parents/grandparents be updated/life-cycled. This video shows how important it is to be able to identify the specific children that have been life-cycled since their parents/grandparents have (resulting in the visual flagging status), so the approval process can properly identify when/if the parents/grandparents also need to be updated.
